Delivery Area and Shipping Time

We ship worldwide, except to India, South America, and Africa.

Shipping Cost:

  • Free Shipping: United States, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain (excluding remote areas and islands, which may incur additional shipping charges).
  • Other Countries: Shipping fees apply.

Shipping Time: 7–14 days

We make every effort to ship orders within 3–7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business days. Shipments may be delayed if you order CUSTOM SCALES, as we need extra time to hand-make and prepare the instruments for dispatch. You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking information updates will be sent to you via email.

Notice: We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide such an address, we will contact you for an alternative. If we do not receive your reply within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placement. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other similar reasons may cause an increase in the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Couriers

Most shipments are sent via UPS and EMS (China Post). We may also use DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics as shipping options.

When your order is shipped, you can find your tracking number in your Order Status Page. You can track your package using that number on the corresponding shipping providers' websites.

You will also receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the tracking button or enter the number at https://asteman.aftership.com/ to check the status of your order.

FAQ

What if the tracking information is not up to date?

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to be updated by the couriers. UPS labels may display "in transit," and further updates will be provided after customs clearance for international shipments. Please wait patiently for later updates.

What if the shipping status shows "Failed attempt" or "Return to sender"?

Please get in touch with your local courier company for further delivery attempts and detailed information.

What if my order shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

International Taxes and Customs Duties

Product prices do not include taxes or duties that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. Customs regulations and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping couriers and all duties/fees incurred during shipping. If a package is returned due to failure to pay customs duties/taxes, we are not responsible for refunds.

Other Issues and Questions

Due to customs restrictions on importing plant products in Australia, we do not accept orders from Australia for wooden products to ensure timely delivery. Gifts sent to Australia will also exclude wooden products. I appreciate your understanding.
