You can purchase high-quality handbags with unique artistic designs at reasonable prices and benefit from a 14-day no-reason return policy. Shipping is free in some regions, while others may require a fee.

Can you guarantee the quality with such low prices?

We use experienced tuning techniques and exquisite craftsmanship. Our unique designs ensure that our handpan is both diverse and personalized. Each handpan is tuned before shipping, and we work with reliable global courier companies to ensure your instrument is delivered quickly and safely. We aim to provide every handpan enthusiast with an excellent sound experience at a fair price.

Is there a waiting list?

All our popular D minor handpan are available for immediate shipment. Instruments in stock are processed as soon as you place your order. Custom scale handpan requires 4-7 days for handcrafting before being shipped.

Can I customize the scale of the handpan?

We offer a custom handpan with 8, 9, and 10 notes. Please get in touch with us for further confirmation.

What is your shipping coverage?

We ship globally using UPS, EMS, FedEx, DHL, and other courier services. Shipping is free in some regions, while others may require a shipping fee.

How much is the shipping fee, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free for all instruments. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days. Please note that there may be delays due to COVID-19. I appreciate your understanding.

Will the handpan be re-tuned before shipping?

We will re-check the tuning of each handpan before shipping. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us, and we can provide a confirmation video.

Where can I hear the sound of the handpan?

You can watch videos of handpan performances on each product detail page or on our YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/@GLADFRESITHandpan). Please subscribe to our channel for more beautiful music performance videos.

Is your handpan packaging suitable for long-distance shipping?

 

We use reinforced cardboard boxes measuring 24 inches x 24 inches x 15 inches, with two layers of foam padding for gift sets. The carrying bag is placed at the bottom for cushioning. We ensure there is no extra space inside the box to prevent movement during transport. The box is sealed with high-quality tape and labeled as fragile.

Does GLADFRESIT handpan come with a hard case?

Yes, we now offer transparent PVC complex cases.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with our instrument and need to return or refund it, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that minor scratches, dents, and discoloration due to the hand-tuning process and nitriding are unavoidable. These conditions are not valid reasons for return or refund.

Although we are confident in our quality control, if you suspect the handpan is out of tune, please use the included drumsticks to gently tap the notes and use professional tuning software like Linotune to test the pitch. Record a video for us to verify.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for scratches, dents, or other damage caused by human factors.

How can I maintain my handpan in good condition?

  • Use protective rims like the black rubber rim or woven rope.
  • Play on your lap, mat, or handpan stand, avoiding direct contact with the ground.
  • Avoid exposing the handpan to corrosive liquids, such as cleaners.
  • Keep away from fire sources. Avoid extreme cold, but it can be stored in a carrying bag.
  • Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding moisture.
  • Avoid impact, scratches from rings, or long nails during play.
  • Hand sweat can cause rust. Wipe with a dust cloth after playing, and use alcohol if necessary. Apply protective oil weekly.
  • Place the handpan in a safe spot away from children when not in use.
  • Avoid placing it in high places to prevent accidental falls.

Will temperature changes affect the tuning of the handpan?

Regular room temperature changes have little effect on handpan tuning. Avoid exposing the handpan to direct sunlight or leaving it in a hot car for extended periods, and do not place it in extreme cold. If temperatures are very low in winter, keep the handpan in the carrying bag.

What should I do if my handpan goes out of tune?

If you play the handpan correctly, avoid excessive force, and store it carefully when not in use, it should generally stay in tune.

Over 2-5 years of use, a handpan may go out of tune. In most cases, the notes will shift together, meaning the handpan might not perfectly maintain 440 Hz or 432 Hz, but it will still sound in tune relative to itself, which is acceptable for amateur players.

If you want to re-tune it to perfect 440 Hz or 432 Hz, you can return the handpan to us. You will need to cover all shipping costs and a small tuning fee. Please get in touch with us for a shipping label.

What if my handpan needs repair?

If your instrument is damaged due to impacts or falls from shoulder or waist height, we can generally repair it. However, we cannot provide repair services if the handpan falls from a building height or a moving car.

If your handpan needs repair, please take detailed photos of the damage and record a video of its sound. Contact us to understand the next steps. You will need to cover all shipping costs and a small tuning fee. We cannot guarantee the duration of the repair process. Please take good care of your instrument.
